Hunters Hill

This project on the waterfront at Hunters Hill involved a complete refurbishment, inside and out, to turn this 2-storey house into a contemporary sophisticated residence.

The existing metal deck roof was replaced with a new standing seam profile while new fascias and gutters completed the transformation.

Inside, black steel framed doors replaced the old timber models and openings were widened to provide a fresh outlook to the north facing water views.
